Supreme Court Rules Unions Must Give Fee Increase Notice

Overturning the judicial activists in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Soviet Employees International Union (SEIU), the Supreme Court yesterday said that labor union thugs "must give nonmembers an immediate chance to object to fee increases or special assessments that all workers are required to pay in closed-shop situations" in a 7 to 2 vote. Members of the SEIU objected to the $12 million special assessment that was intended for political purposes.

Proving incompetence to the highest level yet again, President Obama invoked executive privilege for the Fast and Furious documents, which allows his administration to withhold from releasing documents to the House Oversight Committee. This action now directly ties Obama to Fast and Furious, which he has avoided because there is something to hide. Executive privilege is not a sacred cow, but it's something that's rarely used.

The Stuxnet virus set Iran back at least two years in the nuclear development program. The top secret details were leaked to The New York Times in 2010 by top officials from the White House, as was later revealed. Now, there's another leak and it involves what is called "Flame," a cyber virus that precluded Stuxnet and was an effort between the U.S. and Israel. While the accomplishment of the creation and its successful implementation should be lauded, why in the hell is this information being leaked to the public by the White House?
