Now that the Supreme Court has gone out of its way to declare that Obamacare is a tax - making it Constitutional - the White House and Health and Human Services (HHS) department lawyers are ramping up efforts to fully implement the law. The means an unprecedented expansion of power that will affect the lives of every American. HHS was given $1 billion to implement Obamacare and this is just the beginning. There have so far been 13,000 pages of regulations written by lawyers for Obamacare.

Most people don't realize that modern day, radical environmentalism was created by Karl Marx, whose political system has led to hundreds of millions of deaths throughout history. Marxism (modern day liberalism) believes that the state owned all natural resources and anyone who sold these resources was an enemy. It's why the Obama administration invests in state-owned Petrobras of Brazil, but not domestic drilling. On Tuesday, a federal court took the unprecedented measure of upholding a radical regulation of the EPA.

Since the oral arguments ended on March 28 for the alleged Affordable Care Act, better known as Obamacare, the department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has spent $2.7 billion promoting and implementing the unconstitutional law. That's double the amount of money spent prior to the Supreme Court hearing the case. Although funding was previously allocated to implement the law, the Obama administration has shown complete contempt for the situation and is simply doing whatever they damn well please, whether the law is unconstitutional or not.
