Now that the Supreme Court has gone out of its way to declare that Obamacare is a tax - making it Constitutional - the White House and Health and Human Services (HHS) department lawyers are ramping up efforts to fully implement the law. The means an unprecedented expansion of power that will affect the lives of every American. HHS was given $1 billion to implement Obamacare and this is just the beginning. There have so far been 13,000 pages of regulations written by lawyers for Obamacare.
