Federal Court Upholds Radical EPA Climate Change Regulation

Most people don't realize that modern day, radical environmentalism was created by Karl Marx, whose political system has led to hundreds of millions of deaths throughout history. Marxism (modern day liberalism) believes that the state owned all natural resources and anyone who sold these resources was an enemy. It's why the Obama administration invests in state-owned Petrobras of Brazil, but not domestic drilling. On Tuesday, a federal court took the unprecedented measure of upholding a radical regulation of the EPA.
The Obama administration's EPA enforced a regulation that says greenhouse gases are a threat to mankind. This means the carbon dioxide, an element that humans and plants need to breathe to survive, is a threat and the EPA can regulate it. The federal court upheld the EPA's regulations, opening the door for enviro-Nazi's both in and outside of the White House to push their extremist, anti-human agenda. Because after all, these perverts despise mankind and view the earth as more important than its inhabitants. This is yet another way for the government to control the individual, down to the very air we breathe.
When Democrats and the Obama administration failed to pass Cap and Trade - which would've put emissions into a stock market-like exchange - the only choice was to regulate by executive fiat. The EPA's reguation on greenhouse gases was not passed by Congress, but instead enforced by the fifth column that is the massive Environmental Protection Agency.
At least these actions show the true side of President Obama, which is to do whatever he damn well pleases - to hell with the law! The EPA is one of the most radical agencies that has simply exploded under Obama and the enviro-Nazi's that populate it. Working closely with anti-American "organizations" like the NRDC and the Environmental Defense Fund, the EPA is nothing more than a means to implement Marxism in the core of America.
