Obamacare: Bart Stupak Finally Admits HHS Mandate is Illegal

The dumbass former Congressman Bart Stupak (D - MI) was the deciding vote that rammed Obamacare into law.  The schmuck changed his vote after President Barack Obama signed an executive order that stated abortion wouldn't be covered in the alleged health care reform bill.  At the time, it was made clear that the executive order was null and didn't have validity, but it was enough for Stupak, who was nothing more than a liberal looking for a reason to support the health care takeover.  Now, he's changed his tune.

The issue surrounds the Health and Human Services (HHS) mandate that forces insurance companies (the taxpayers) to pay for contraception.  Enter the ugly birth control activist Sandra Fluke.  She demands that the government fund birth control and abortions for women, which Stupak now believes is illegal.

The folks at Red State snagged this video of the pro-life Stupak admitting the HHS mandate is illegal.  Thus, the deciding vote for Obamacare was based on propaganda and lies, which beautifully describes the Obama administration.

Bart Stupak's vote earned him the nickname Judas Stupak.  Check out the video.
