Republicans were ushered into office after the midterm elections with one message from voters: stop President Barack Hussein Obama. At this time, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R - KY) stated that the Republicans' top political priority over the next two years was to make Obama a one-term president. He was excoriated by liberals over this comment. Once again, we see the same doesn't apply in reserve.
