In the past few weeks, the liberal media, the GOP establishment, Mitt Romney and Nancy Pelosi have been plummeting Newt Gingrich about the ethics charges he faced when he was Speaker of the House. We've noted on many occasions some of the details surrounding the ethics charges, most notably how they were filed by a pinko, liberal crackpot and were designed to distract the Republican Party, which had just taken the majority of the House after 40-years of Democrat control. It should come as no surprise that the facts are notably absent from conversations on this topic, particularly by GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney. It's about time that we get some of the facts straight: Newt Gingrich was eventually exonerated of all charges.

Despite Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan playing a key role in the crafting of Obamacare, the Supreme refused to debate her recusal. This gives the yenta a vote on one of the most important cases in America's history, even though defending the law used to be part of her job. In fact, there is proof that Kagan played a role in defending Obamacare, yet she's supposed to remain impartial on her decision. The proof stacking up against her shows she was deeply involved in the process and crafting the legal defense against Obamacare. So why did Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts not hear the case? One thing is for sure: there would've been chaos on the left; they would've challenged and threatened the system to no end.

Obamacare's tentacles are just now starting to reach deep into the health care industry and how it affects everyday Americans. On Friday, in the standard document dump fashion, the Health and Human Services (HHS) department announced that healthcare plans will be required to cover birth control without charging co-pays or deductibles starting this summer. This means that the taxpayers will be subsidizing birth control for all Americans. The issue goes deeper, as we've now seen Obamacare fundamentally transforms how an individual purchases birth control and who pays for it. This was done to please the pro-life wing of the liberal base; however, it has angered Congressional Republicans and religious organizations, rightfully so.
