CHINATOWN, USA (June 9, 2009) In an unprecedented neighborhood meeting, Sum Ting Wong, 16, promises her friends and relatives that she knows how to drive. This is in response to community members that have shown concern of another awful Asian motorist terrorizing the neighborhood.
