Last month we reported that President Obama's National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) was moving forward with their plan speed up labor union elections in an attempt to increase membership. The new rule required six million businesses to hang up pro-union propaganda posters to advertise workers' right to organize, without listing any of the negatives, which can be significant, as many unions focus more on politics than helping their members. The NLRB mandate was a payback to the labor unions that helped elect Obama into office, just like the phony $787 billion stimulus package. Yesterday, a federal judge tossed out the NLRB rule that would speed up union elections, saying the agency lacked the "quorum" when it approved the rule.
