Back in August, President Obama's National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the pro-union, anti-all other workers committee, mandated a new rule that requires six million businesses to hang up pro-union propaganda posters. They advertise workers' rights to organize and none of the negatives to joining a union. It was an outrageous act of union payback on behalf of the Obama administration, as unions represent a minuscule 6.9% of private sector employees. By loading the NLRB up with radical labor lawyers, the White House found a way to circumvent Congress to achieve their extreme policies. Well, the NLRB rule is being challenged by the courts because they have zero authority to enforce their own rules.
