Terrorist Defender to Oversee GITMO for Justice Department

Remember the American Taliban John Walker Lindh? He's an unabashed terrorist that admittedly fought against America with the Taliban. Representing Walker Lindh was Tony West, an anti-American, liberal African American lawyer - yes, that's an appropriate observation. As of yesterday, Attorney General Eric Holder appointed Tony West to the Department of Justice (DOJ) to oversee Guantanamo Bay. His title is acting associate attorney general, which is the number three position in the DOJ. The Islamic radical, John Walker Lindh, surrendered shortly after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. Lindh was deceptive, despite his guilty plead. The fact remains that nobody becomes an Islamic extremist without intent to harm Americans.
