Obamacare's Impact on Seniors Hidden Using HHS Slush Fund Prior to Election

The details of Obamacare, including its true impact, were intentionally hidden from the bill and won't take place until after the 2012.  This was the plan all along because Democrats knew that if the American people saw the gritty details of the government's takeover of the health care system, they'd face backlash that the country hadn't seen in many years.  This is why Obamacare was written with specific ambiguity: it allows the bloated bureaucracies an opportunity to write portions of the law without having to get Congressional approval.  Uncovered by the New York Post is an aspect that defines how the Obama administration views the American people: stupid pawns.  The details involved hide the impact that senior citizens will have to face under the law: the end of Medicare Advantage.

Obama's NLRB Pro-Union Poster Mandate Faces Legal Hurdle

Back in August, President Obama's National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), the pro-union, anti-all other workers committee, mandated a new rule that requires six million businesses to hang up pro-union propaganda posters.  They advertise workers' rights to organize and none of the negatives to joining a union.  It was an outrageous act of union payback on behalf of the Obama administration, as unions represent a minuscule 6.9% of private sector employees.  By loading the NLRB up with radical labor lawyers, the White House found a way to circumvent Congress to achieve their extreme policies.  Well, the NLRB rule is being challenged by the courts because they have zero authority to enforce their own rules.

Taxmageddon: $500 Billion in Tax Increases Coming January 1, 2013

Two days ago was President Obama's favorite day.  April 17, 2012 was Tax Day, a day where Obama gets to redistribute wealth.  In the shadow of Tax Day was a class warfare push by Senate Democrats and the White House.  It was the phony Buffett Rule, which was none other than an increased tax on job creators.  It failed to pass, but brought attention back to our broken tax system, which leads us to taxmageddon.  January 1, 2013 not only brings in the new year, but does so with $500 billion in increased taxes that will affect every single taxpayer in the country, low, middle and upper class citizens.  And with this being an election year, don't count on this issue being addressed, which leaves significant uncertainty for struggling businesses that are already struggling in the Obama economy.
