The biggest issue with Obamacare at the moment is trying to figure what exactly was not a lie when President Obama and his propaganda machine rammed the bill into law nearly two years ago. We were told we could keep our health insurance plan if we liked it, but we now know that four million fewer people will be covered by their employers. We were told that Obamacare would reduce the deficit by $1 trillion. Last week, the CBO reported that the cost of Obamacare has nearly doubled, and even that figure is based on falsities and unknowns. So, there hasn't been much truth about Obamacare, which will only get worse if implemented. For its two year anniversary this Friday, the White House is now stepping back their stance that Obamacare actually helps the economy.

Attorney General Eric Holder is not only incompetent, but he's taken his liberal, anti-gun ideology deep into the Department of Justice (DOJ). On Sunday, a video surfaced of Eric Holder in 1995 that shows he intended to use his power to change the Second Amendment, particularly by "really brainwash[ing] people" into opposing gun ownership. The video was from C-SPAN, not some homemade movie, and shows Holder's motivation against gun ownership. The bigger question that this video raises is whether or not Operation Fast and Furious was part of a plan to circumvent Congress and increase gun regulation. All of the signs point to yes, including the blatant lies put forth from the Obama administration on Fast and Furious, including who was involved and to what extent.

Last week the Department of Justice (DOJ) announced they were shifting their legal argument to defend Obamacare to the Supreme Court at the end of the month. At first glance, this frightened many people because it appeared they had found a weakness with one of the conservative Justices, who now would undoubtedly side with the unconstitutional socialized medicine law. The Hill newspaper published the propaganda piece, which was crafted by members of the Obama administration to scare average Americans into thinking Obamacare would be implemented. The new defense targets conservative Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia and the Necessary and Proper Clause of the Constitution, instead of the Commerce Clause. However, this defense has already been considered, thus, it's unlikely that this will change the mind of Scalia.
