Appeals Court Responds to Obama's Threat Over Obamacare

Monday signified an interesting turn of events in American history: President Barack Obama threatened the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) over their pending decision on Obamacare, the alleged health care reform.  The threat was clear, as Obama, the supposed Constitutional scholar, said the move would be "unprecedented" and "extraordinary" if the Supreme Court overturned Obama's unconstitutional law.  Fortunately, there are some judges out there that still follow the rule of law.  Yesterday, a three-judge panel from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit took the challenge to Obama and his Justice Department (DOJ) - they called Obama's bluff.  By Thursday at 12pm, the DOJ needs to respond to the court and answer whether or not the Obama administration believes the Supreme Court can, in fact, strike down federal law, which it has done countless times throughout history when a law is unconstitutional.

Obama Attacks Supreme Court Over Obamacare Case

President Barack Hussein Obama is the closest leader America has had to a dictator.  It's important to get that out there in the open, so people can understand exactly who we're dealing this.  After getting elected, Obama filled his administration with unelected czars that have absolutely zero accountability and tremendous power and influence.  The same happens with IPAB - the Independent Payment Advisory Board - also known as death panels in Obamacare.  Again, these are unelected surrogates that Obama will appoint to dictate the future of health care.  After an embarrassing showing in front of the Supreme Court last week, President Obama lashed out at the Supreme Court Justices regarding the case against Obamacare, calling the Justices "unelected" and stating they will uphold his unconstitutional law.

IRS Seeks $303 Million, 4,000 Agents for Obamacare

The little tidbits in Obamacare continue to trickle out as time passes on.  In fact, only the politburo and special interest groups that rammed the bill into law know what's in Obamacare, considering most of the law doesn't get implemented until 2014, with many surprises along the way.  Last week, Obamacare was arguably under its biggest spotlight since it was passed with an overwhelmingly high amount of opposition two years ago, as it faced off in the Supreme Court to determine if the individual mandate is constitutional.  As the law faces a dismantling, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking to add about 4,000 new agents at a cost of $303 million to build a system to oversee Obamacare, despite its unknown future.
