Despite Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan playing a key role in the crafting of Obamacare, the Supreme refused to debate her recusal. This gives the yenta a vote on one of the most important cases in America's history, even though defending the law used to be part of her job. In fact, there is proof that Kagan played a role in defending Obamacare, yet she's supposed to remain impartial on her decision. The proof stacking up against her shows she was deeply involved in the process and crafting the legal defense against Obamacare. So why did Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts not hear the case? One thing is for sure: there would've been chaos on the left; they would've challenged and threatened the system to no end.
Yesterday the Supreme Court denied a request to debate the recusal of the yenta Elena Kagan. Freedom Watch asked to file the brief, but was denied request without comment. Kagan reportedly did not participate in that discussion. In December, Chief Justice John Roberts addressed the issue, particularly because liberal drones were demanding that Justice Clarence Thomas recuse himself because his wife was trying to repeal the law. Yes, Thomas' wife, not himself versus a woman that helped craft the legal defense to Obamcare.
“I have complete confidence in the capability of my colleagues to determine when recusal is warranted. They are jurists of exceptional integrity and experience whose character and fitness have been examined through a rigorous appointment and confirmation process.”
That's where we respectfully disagree with Roberts. The radical liberals on the Supreme Court are legislating from the bench, rather than interpreting the Constitution. This comes down to the federal government dictating an individual to purchase a good or service. That is unconstitutional, unless you believe in an all-powerful, centralized, authoritarian government, otherwise known as a totalitarian regime. And yes, we know that's what liberals want.
Elena Kagan should recuse herself, but Obama needs her vote so he can dictate his extreme agenda on the people.
