Obama White House Circumvents Congress with New Emissions Standards

Last Thursday while the Republican National Convention was well underway, the Obama White House circumvented Congress yet again. This time, it was to impose radical new environmental restrictions that will be carried out by the many bureaucracies that have exploded under the Obama administration. With Cap and Trade dead, but almost passing with the Democrat super majority, the White House is doing anything they can to regulate by fiat, since they know their extreme agenda won't pass through Congress.
