Obamacare is currently under review by the Supreme Court, but that isn't stopping the White House from quietly diverting some $500 million to the IRS, so they can begin implementing the widely unpopular law, reports The Hill. The IRS is a key component to Obamacare because they will enforce the individual mandate, the portion of Obamacare that requires an individual to purchase health care insurance, whether they want it or not, or pay a fine. The funding comes from a Health and Human Services (HHS) slush fund - roughly $1 billion - that was hidden within the alleged health care reform bill, which nobody bothered or had time to read before it was passed, other than the politburo that wrote it. This is part of a plan to implement as much of the law as possible before the court ruling.
