Obamacare No Longer Being Touted as an Economic Boost by the White House

The biggest issue with Obamacare at the moment is trying to figure what exactly was not a lie when President Obama and his propaganda machine rammed the bill into law nearly two years ago.  We were told we could keep our health insurance plan if we liked it, but we now know that four million fewer people will be covered by their employers.  We were told that Obamacare would reduce the deficit by $1 trillion.  Last week, the CBO reported that the cost of Obamacare has nearly doubled, and even that figure is based on falsities and unknowns.  So, there hasn't been much truth about Obamacare, which will only get worse if implemented.  For its two year anniversary this Friday, the White House is now stepping back their stance that Obamacare actually helps the economy.

Immediately after getting elected, Obama let the economy fend for itself, while he went on a 14-month mission to ram the alleged health care reform into law.  The economy was in such dire straights that President Obama completely ignored it, while merely claiming Obamacare would drastically improve the economy.  If you recall, the demented socialist Nancy Pelosi claimed Obamacare would create 400,000 jobs immediately after it was passed.  Well, we know that Nancy Pelosi is a walking, incoherent disorder that can't spit out anything relevant, even if it's after she's had her Botox treatment.

The White House has now detracted from their stance that Obamacare helps the economy.  It's the biggest abortion this country has ever faced, filled with lies, deceit and propaganda.

From the Washington Examiner

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney implicitly retreated from President Obama's argument that Obamacare was a crucial part of his economic agenda.

Asked why President Obama has been silent on the law as its second anniversary approaches, Carney explained that the president is now focusing on the economy rather than health care reform.

"The president does speak about health care on occasion and will continue to do that," Carney told reporters, "but he is focused on a forward agenda right now -- and working with Congress and doing the things he can through executive action -- to grow the economy and create jobs."

When Obama faced criticism for focusing on health care rather than economic policy in the first year of his presidency, the president responded by portraying Obamacare, to some degree, as a jobs bill. "Rising health care costs are a major driver of our long-term deficits, and getting them under control is crucial if we want to grow the economy, create jobs and compete in the world economy," the White House website says.  Carney argued that the law is saving money for seniors and keeping young people insured, but he did not connect Obamacare to job creation or economic growth.

Obama's economic advisers went to great lengths to argue for health care reform as an economic spur. "Health care reform is incredibly important not just for the American people but for the American economy," Christina Romer [big sexy], Obama's chairwoman of the Council of Economic Advisers, said during the health care debate. "Good health care reform is essentially good economic policy," she added.

Obama is focusing on the economy now, rather than phony health care reform.  Of course, Obama didn't touch the economy after getting elected, other than ramming through the phony stimulus bill, which paid back his constituents.  What we had was a radical president that saw an opportunity to give the American people the middle finger while he sought to enforce his anti-American agenda.

Obamacare will destroy the economy; it's built on nothing but lies, and each new report proves this.
