Obama Closes Disney World to Promote Tourism

President Obama is desperate as he enters the 2012 election when it comes to the economy.  Crying that he's a victim may work with the liberal media and their moronic drones, but the American people know that the President's socialist actions are the primary reason the country is in a depression.  To counter this, Obama is circumventing the system to enforce his policies by executive order, solely so he can blame Congress as being a barrier.  Yesterday, focusing on the swing state of Florida, proving that it was a campaign event, Obama went to Disney World to announce new steps that promote tourism.  Ironically, Obama shut down Disney World, specifically Main Street at the Magic Kingdom, which is one of the largest tourist attractions in the world...to promote tourism.  Wow.

President Obama, again by circumventing Congress, issued an executive order to speed up visitor visas for Brazil and China.  He also added business executives to a tourism advisory board.  He believes this will increase tourism and travel to the U.S., while the White House claims it could create more than one million jobs over the next decade.  Liberals are great at predicting the future!  Again, by promoting tourism, he shut down one of the largest tourist attractions in the world.

Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich had a great zinger about the announcement:

"I think to close half of Magic Kingdom for the purpose of a White House invitation town hall meeting on a phony main street on behalf of a phony president just strikes me as weird. This is one of those things historians will write about," Gingrich said to a crowd of about 500 people sitting in the theater at Magnolia Hall.

"I want you to think about the president standing with Mickey Mouse on one side and Goofy on the other," Gingrich continued. "And I'll let you decide which Cabinet office he'll likely offer to the two of them while he's there."

It turns out that President Obama wasn't at Disney World to register any voters - his former employer ACORN has already registered him, multiple times in multiple states!
