During a Congressional recess over the summer, President Obama used the time as an opportunity to appoint the new administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), one of the largest government agencies - bigger than the Defense Department. Enter Donald Berwick, a cheerleader of socialized medicine and the redistribution of wealth. He is the controversial man that Obama put in charge of many aspects of the new health care law. The problem is that his utopia is the exact opposite of the best health care system in the world.
