Chuck Schumer Wants Hearings on Supreme Court Citizens United Ruling

It's about that time of the month that the detestable Chuck Schumer left his hair plugs appointment and spoke some nonsense. He's calling for hearings against the Supreme Court's latest ruling in the Citizens United v. Federal Elections Committee case. The court ruled in favor of Citizens United 5 to 4, which overturned a 20-year old ruling that now allows corporations to freely donate to political parties and candidates without having a cap. This is troublesome for Democrats seeking re-election in 2010.
