Welcome to America, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed! The 9/11 mastermind will be shortly on his way to New York where he will be tried in a civilian court and will undoubtedly be defended by the best liberal lawyers from the American Criminal Liberties Union (ACLU) and the National Lawyer's Guild. This is a blow to democracy as Mohammed will be given Constitutional rights. So will the media even mention that he's a radical Muslim that hates America? Probably not. They'll label him as a victim that the Bush administration kept in GITMO.
