Those pesky Obamacare waivers just keep adding up! The waivers, which are handed out by the Health and Human Services (HHS) department, are what the Obama administration describes as a temporary fix and and are designed to avoid disrupting the health insurance market before full implementation of Obamacare begins in 2014. In other words, the administration is completely aware of the massive costs associated with Obamacare, so they're offering a free-ride to businesses, organizations, and, particularly, labor unions.
