Obama Secretly Adds Death Panels to Health Care Regulation

Intentionally released over the Christmas holiday was serious news about Obamacare's end-of-life planning, otherwise known as "death panels."  What's more shocking is that the news came from The New York Times, the liberal mouthpiece that's arguably President Obama's strongest ally in the media.  During the peak of the health care debate in '09, section 1233 of the House bill included the controversial measure of death panels, but was removed in the final piece of legislation.  To circumvent any and all hurdles, Obama is enforcing this new policy through the regulation-writing process, a trend we'll likely see for the next two years while Republicans control Congress.
