Pressure From Blogosphere Forces EPA to Reject Ban on Lead Bullets

The underreported story of last week was the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) planned attempt to ban lead bullets because of a petition from radical environmental groups. There was supposed to be a two-month response period to the measure on the EPA's website, but it's now irrelevant. As of a few days ago when the story picked up significant momentum after being posted on the conservative Drudge Report's homepage. Essentially the EPA was caught trying to go through the back door to impose gun control and limit hunting at the request of liberal, anti-gun, environmental groups.

All Grown Up: Obama Ditches Training Wheels on Bike Ride

Smiling ear to giant ear for the cameras, the undocumented President Barack Obama spent part of today catering to a group who he called 'special' constituents. While vacationing for what seems like an eternity in the elite town of Martha's Vineyard, Obama put his golf clubs aside for a few hours to go for a brisk bicycle ride with his family, sporting a cool new helmet. The greenies will be pleased, as many would like the automobile to be eliminated and have the bicycle as the main mode of transportation, but that's irrelevant. The real news is that Barry took his training wheels off, proving he's all grown up.

Media Attacks Glenn Beck Over Restoring Honor Rally

The liberal mainstream media is a cesspool of incompetent journalists that will go to great lengths to promote their progressive agenda at the expense of America. Facts are meaningless, but any time they can spread false information through media outlets, they jump in with both feet. The latest example of this is with conservative TV and radio host Glenn Beck, who's holding a Restoring Honor Rally this Saturday at the Lincoln Memorial, both the same date and location as the 47th anniversary of Martin Luther King Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" speech. So, as you'd expect from the Left, Glenn Beck must be a racist.
