Appellate Court Rules Rahm Emanuel Can't Run for Chicago Mayor

Former White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel was a dealt a significant blow to his Chicago mayoral campaign today. A state appellate court ruled that Rahmbo "Dead Fish" Emanuel is not eligible because of his residency, or lack thereof. The key to this story is that we're talking about the Chicago Political Machine, which has a way of getting their way at any and all costs. Mayor Daley essentially courted Emanuel this past weekend, but he's been a shoe-in since he announced he was leaving his White House post.
